BIOS:

Greg Sidwell
Founder and president of G & J marketing the largest vend, OCS (Office Coffee Service), broker in America. They also cover all Specialty Retail segments such as Big Box Retailers, Hospitality Pantries, and College and Universities. Greg is responsible for the continued growth and success of G & J Marketing and all of G & J’s associates. Greg works with the Sales Managers, V.P. of Operations and Vice President of the Vending/OCS Division to develop and implement new and innovative sales concepts. In addition to management responsibilities, Greg also makes sale presentations to key accounts across all divisions, both on his own and with G & J personnel. Greg works with manufacturers in developing and implementing National Account Programs and industry specific incentives.

Scott Boynton
As a partner in Automated Management, Scott brings over 25 years of experience and expertise in route based service industries as well as National Account Management and Outsourcing. Prior to joining Automated Management, Mr. Boynton served as Division Vice President for Sodexo USA where he headed the vending and Office Refreshment Division in North America. In his role, Mr. Boynton provided turn-key vending solutions for many major retailers including Wal-Mart, CarMax, Auto Nation, Extended Stay America, Toys R US, Kohl’s, as well as other major companies such as USAA, FedEx, and HP. While at Sodexo, Boynton rolled out the first 100% wireless national vending account at Lowes Home Improvement Stores. Boynton’s role at Sodexo emerged from a joint venture he established with the company wherein he managed all of the vending for Sodexo cross-divisionally including Universities & Colleges, Hospitals, and Corporate Campuses.
